The company provides employees with a safe and healthy working environment, and regularly implements safety and health education for employees. The contents are as follows:

The company promises to strictly abide by the relevant occupational safety and health regulations and other relevant requirements, and strengthen the occupational safety and health awareness of employees within the company's control scope through publicity, to reduce the risk of accidents. The occupational safety management work in the factory area is supervised by a dedicated unit responsible for implementing occupational safety management activities. According to the company's occupational safety policy, each factory sets its own applicable performance goals. The company's overall goal: zero major occupational accidents (fatal accidents are defined as major occupational accidents).

The company has an Occupational Safety and Health Committee, with the general manager as the chairman, the director of the occupational safety office as the executive secretary, the general manager designating supervisors at various levels as members, and at least 5 labor representatives recommended by the employees of the factory. Regular meetings are held once a month, and irregular meetings may be held by the executive secretary depending on actual needs. (Occupational Safety and Health Committee elected members serve a term of 2 years and may be re-elected). In addition to the supervisor responsible for decision-making, the committee also sets up a labor seat, which is the main communication channel for employees to participate in the occupational safety management system. Employees can provide occupational safety-related issues or opinions to department representatives, and raise them during regular meetings, directly communicating with senior management through the committee. There is an occupational safety office in each factory area. The occupational safety office is the occupational safety and health management unit of the company.

The company also organizes the verification of the occupational safety and health management system from time to time, requiring all departments to implement the implementation of safety and health business and regular education and training, including the planning and implementation of fire-fighting equipment (installation) and water and electricity, and the cleaning, monitoring and control of industrial waste, Emergency procedures, etc. To prevent occupational accidents and maintain workplace safety, the company regularly implements safety and health education and training for all employees. In 2022, the company has completed training for a total of 451 people, with a total of 1076 hours.

Retirement System

According to the law, the Company has appropriated 6% of the monthly salary of each employee to his/her personal pension account at the Bureau of Labor Insurance for new employees and employees choosing the new pension system since July 1, 2005, while retaining years of service for employees choosing the old pension system and those choosing the new pension system to appropriate the proper retirement reserve to the designated account at the Bank of Individual pension accounts for employees based on the standards for pension payments in the pension plan.
